Who
we are

Care Fit Collective is a specialist wellbeing provider working within care settings to support older adults and adults with learning disabilities.

Based in Leeds, delivering inclusive exercise and wellbeing programmes across West Yorkshire and the wider Yorkshire region.

Our approach is rooted in inclusion, dignity, and person-centred care. We believe meaningful movement should be accessible to everyone and delivered in a way that builds confidence, stimulates the mind, and encourages genuine social connection.

Trusted by care providers across more than 30 settings, we deliver safe, high-quality programmes aligned with CQC standards and tailored to the diverse needs of the people we support.

“Ben is always polite and courteous, taking a person-centered approach tailored to each resident. His sessions help residents stay active, build confidence, and feel empowered. As a manager, I couldn't be happier with his service.”
— Manager, Applegarth Care Home

About Ben

Ben founded Care Fit Collective after spending many years working hands-on within care settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of how important trust, empathy, and consistency are when working with older adults and vulnerable groups.

Ben holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, and has completed a range of specialist qualifications in health, exercise, and wellbeing, including chair-based exercise instructor course. Earlier in his career, he worked within elite sport, but it was his time in care environments that shaped his desire to use movement as a way to genuinely help others, build relationships, and improve day-to-day quality of life.

As Founder and Lead Instructor, Ben remains closely involved in both running the company and delivering sessions, taking the time to build relationships, understand individuals, and create calm, positive environments where people feel supported, valued, and confident to take part, at their own pace.
